Cougar Contracts was started by a BYU graduate from the Computer Science program. We specialize in helping students find an easy way to sell their housing contracts. The idea for this site started back in 2005 and has been a work in progress since then. Currently we feature men's and women's byu approved housing contracts. Soon however we will also be featuring BYU approved housing contracts for married couples as well. Other additions in the works are housing contracts for BYU Idaho and BYU Hawaii. There are many sites which offer some ability to post a contract but none tailored specifically for BYU approved housing contracts and BYU students. That was where the idea for Cougar Contracts was born. We hope you like the site and we hope it helps you to find someone to purchase your housing contract. Let's face it - property managers are pretty unforgiving when it comes to letting you out of a housing contract so every little bit of help does help.
